Philippines' Largest & Most Trusted Motorcycle Dealer Job Description: 1) Shall manage the day-to-day operations of Telesales Staff; 2) Shall drive sales through leadership, coaching and development of the Telesales agents; 3) Shall design and implement sales strategies to drive platform growth. 4) Shall develop & execute dialer call strategy to optimize and maximize contacts to drive sales; 5) Shall prepare, evaluate, and manage day to day operations using data, reports and programs to maximize performance results; 6) Shall actively set weekly and monthly sales quotas. 7) Shall handle escalated customer complaints and preempt potential issues with scalable solutions. Basic Qualifications: 1) Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or a related field 2) Previous experience working as a Telesales Manager/as a Customer Service Supervisor. 3) Strong managerial and sales skills; proven experience managing teams. 4) Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 5) Highly interested in website design & development as well as digitization. 6) Capable of meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas. 7) Ability to communicate fluently in English, Filipino or Bicolano dialect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
