Job Responsibilities Take a hands-on approach in creating and driving effective employee relations, retention, and reward programs to maintain a positive culture and high employee engagement. Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records and HRIS data. Drive process improvements and implement innovative HR solutions. Collaborate with local and global HR teams and other business functions to support overall business growth. Provide expertise in high-volume recruitment, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and employee engagement. Manage the local HR team to align with operational priorities and actively participate in day-to-day HR activities. Deliver strong presentations and coaching to support management and leadership development initiatives. Handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining open communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Partner closely with business leaders to offer strategic guidance on organizational and people-related matters. Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing HR team through KPIs, development plans, and quality monitoring. Ensure consultation processes are conducted correctly and within deadlines. Manage complex cross-functional HR projects. Build strong business relationships with department heads. Identify gaps and implement changes to mitigate potential risks. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. The Successful Candidate Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in HR management. Proven ability to work under strict deadlines in a complex, matrixed environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience supporting hourly employee groups is considered an asset. Interested?
