Job Description Employee Recognition and Rewards Performance Bonus Government Mandated Benefits Employee Discount What You'll Be Doing Develop, implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures to meet regulatory standards and customer requirements Conduct regular inspections and testing on raw materials, production processes and finished goods to identify and resolve any quality issues Analyze quality data and generate reports to track and monitor production quality metrics Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency Train and supervise quality assurance technicians and operators to uphold quality standards Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Maintain detailed quality records and documentation for auditing purposes What We're Looking For Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the plastics or packaging industry At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity Strong technical knowledge of quality control principles, statistical process control and root cause analysis Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills Proficient in using quality control equipment and data management software Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Adaptable to changes in regulations, standards and customer requirements Preferable with knowledge in ISO 9001, HACCP and FSSC standards for food packaging materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
