- Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and bookings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on post-sale requirements.
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and packages.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Ability to meet targets and handle objections professionally.
- A positive attitude and resilience to deal with customer rejections.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
