- Assist veterinarians with examinations, surgeries, and treatments.
- Collect and prepare samples for laboratory analysis.
- Administer medications and perform basic procedures (e.g., vaccinations, blood draws).
- Maintain and sterilize equipment.
- Restrain animals during examinations.
- Provide client education and support.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Veterinary Technician Diploma or Associate's Degree.
- Experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
