For more information, visit: Main Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares the budget utilization report comparing operational and administrative budgets to actual results on a weekly and monthly basis identifying areas of concern Assists various departments with completing yearly budget requests and justifications, and consolidates Company Financial and Operating budgets for Management and Board of Directors' approval Monitors budget versus actual figures and works with department heads to develop strategies to maximize budget efficiencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, Operations Team and Technology Team, to understand business drivers and align financial analysis with overall corporate objectives Reviews purchase requisitions including CAPEX, verifying if the budget is sufficient and proper charge codes are identified and used Works with FP&A Manager to review and analyze budget performance to include a review of actual and budgeted expenses Develops profit and loss segmental reports and financial models, and provides financial insights and recommendations to support business planning and decision-making of Department Heads and Management Extracts and analyzes data in the NAV system Perform other tasks as designated by the FP&A Manager Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the same capacity/position Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy or finance related courses Proven working experience in finance or similar role in a corporate setting Knowldgable in using computerized Accounting Systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex financial data Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and data integrity Can work under pressure – independently and collaboratively With good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using MS Applications, specifically MS Excel, and Powerpoint Good to have: CPA/CMA Certified Working experience in Corporate Finance Department Knowledgeable in using NAV software #J-18808-Ljbffr
