Overview We\'re Hiring: HVAC Technicians Location:3rd Floor, Sawali Bldg., Parqal Mall, Aseana Macapagal Drive, Parañaque City Work Schedule:Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Company:RVD Food Inc. To support our growing store network and ensure fast, in-house maintenance response,RVD Food Inc.is looking forFacilities Technicianswith the following specializations: HVAC Technician – Mechanical Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment (e.g., motors, pumps, conveyor systems) Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime Collaborate with other maintenance specialists for cross-functional support Maintain equipment logs and adhere to safety standards Qualifications: Vocational or technical certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment Physically fit and capable of lifting or operating heavy equipment Facilities Technician – HVAC Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems Diagnose HVAC issues and perform corrective actions Monitor temperature control systems and ensure energy efficiency Keep accurate maintenance records and refrigerant usage reports Qualifications: TESDA or vocational certification in HVAC or Airconditioning Technology Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC systems Must be familiar with split-type and centralized systems EPA or similar certification for refrigerant handling is an advantage HVAC Technician – Electrical Conduct installation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems including lighting, power supply, and panel boards Diagnose electrical issues using tools and meters Ensure compliance with safety codes and company policies Support other maintenance activities when needed Qualifications: NCII or technical certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance With 2+ years of relevant electrical maintenance experience Knowledgeable in circuit breakers, wiring, and load distribution Must be familiar with DOLE electrical safety guidelines HVAC Technician – General Maintenance (Plumbing/Carpentry) Conduct basic plumbing repairs (e.g., leaks, clogs) and carpentry works (e.g., door/furniture repair) Respond to general facility repair requests from store or office teams Perform minor painting, tiling, or masonry work as needed Maintain cleanliness and functionality of maintenance tools and supplies Qualifications: Proven experience in building maintenance, plumbing, or carpentry (at least 2 years) Can handle a variety of repair tasks with minimal supervision Familiarity with maintenance safety standards and practices TESDA certification is an advantage but not required Why Join Us?
