Test Analyst I

Responsibilities Develop and document test steps for both personal execution and Business User Acceptance Testing (BUAT) to ensure comprehensive coverage of test scenarios. Perform manual testing for continuous improvements, system upgrades, and project-related changes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform. Collaborate with development teams to report, track, and resolve defects or issues identified during testing phases. Ensure accurate and timely communication of testing progress, issues, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders. Competencies Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies) 1 to 3 years of experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira and ServiceNow 1 to 3 years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD 1 to 3 years of experience with Manual Testing and Test Case Creation Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Word, etc. Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies) Good written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Agile practices such as sprints and scrum ceremonies Knowledgeable with reporting tools to generate test reports or dashboards Knowledgeable with identifying edge cases and troubleshooting issues Qualifications Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields Work Conditions Work from Home Setup Amenable to a Mid Shift schedule (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM) Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Quality Assurance Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
