Responsibilities- Utilize and comply with all relevant NRI ANZ methodologies, standards, processes & procedures.
- Maintain current levels of documentation as per contractual obligations.
- Meet customers SLAs.
- Achieve project and support deliverables.
- Ensure all interactions with Customers, NRI and 3rd parties are supportive and professional.
- 5+ years' experience as a Data Engineer in a Managed Service environment or large government agency
- Power BI experience, including use of Data Gateway for live/on premises refresh and report delivery.
- Practical experience with security and governance tools such as Azure Key Vault and Microsoft Purview.
- Experience building and maintaining serverless or event-driven integrations using Azure Functions.
- Competence with monitoring and observability tooling, e.g., Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, to maintain platform health and troubleshoot issues.
- Strong SQL skills for ETL/ELT and performance tuning.
- Understanding of data modelling principles & experience designing data architectures
- Ability to analyse complex problems, troubleshoot issues, & develop effective solutions
- Strong communication & collaboration skills necessary for working with various stakeholders
