Salary :60k php
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure. This role ensures the network’s scalability, reliability, and supporting the bank’s operations and services efficiently and securely.
RESPONSIBILITIES: NETWORK DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION
Design and implement network infrastructure solutions that meet the organization’s requirements. Ensure network scalability, reliability, and security. Collaborate with internal teams to gather network requirements and provide technical expertise during the design and implementation phases.
NETWORK MAINTENANCE AND MONITORING
Maintain and monitor network performance, including mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure minimal downtime. Implement disaster recovery procedures and maintain network documentation.
SECURITY MANAGEMENT
Create and manage firewalls, update virus protection software, and implement data security systems. Ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND COLLABORATION:
Provide technical support to employees and other stakeholders. Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures. Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in network engineering, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing,switching, and network security.
Proficiency in network management tools and software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of attention to detail and organizational skill
