.NET Developer

Job Type: Contract to PermanentContract duration: 6 to 12 month with the option to convert permanent.Job Seniority: Intermediate to SeniorLocation: Philippines Remote (Central Time or Mountain Time) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled .NET C# Developer with experience in Intelex, developing workflows or safety systems to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in back-end web development and software development, with proficiency in object-oriented programming, experience building workflows and a proven track record in large-scale web application development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain back-end web applications to support client operations. Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Collaborate with teams to integrate QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) solutions into client workflows. Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices in software development. Debug and troubleshoot application issues to ensure seamless performance. Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Optimize application performance and scalability to meet client needs. Document development processes and technical specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Proficiency in developing large-scale web applications. Strong understanding of relational database design, including table design, optimization, transactions, stored procedures, and constraints. Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles. Experience with developing and implementing workflows. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) expertise. Required Skills .NET C# Development Experience JavaScript Experience Experience in Developing and Implementing Workflows Strong Microsoft SQL Experience. Preferred Skills Intelex Development Experience. Familiarity with Cloud Platforms like AWS or Azure. Nice to have Skills Experience with safety systems such as Enablon, Cority, VelocityEHS, Sphera, Gensuite. Ability to work in customer-facing roles and understand business goals.
