Finance Specialist

The Finance Specialist is responsible for the financials, balance sheet account review, variance analysis, standard costing, transfer pricing, budgeting, forecasting, financial advisory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

  1. Review significant variances on major profit and loss and balance sheet accounts.
  2. Collect and maintain actual data on manpower costs, operational provisions (manhours, headcount, operating supplies, rates).
  3. Gather, validate, and process data using financial analysis tools.
  4. Organize and maintain historical data related to budget preparation, identifying one-time and recurring transactions.
  5. Track internal orders of capital expenditures and conduct inventory counts.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent education/training.
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountants (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditors (CIA).
  • Preferably 1-2 years of related experience in Cost Accounting.
  • Knowledgeable in Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Willing to work in Danao City, Cebu .
