We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with expertise in delivering exceptional support through emails. Will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer queries, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face
with accuracy and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

We support our clients' customers with their inquiries, including, but not limited to, cancellation and refund requests, through emails.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders within the assigned account.
Provide stellar customer service to our partner's customers through email within the prescribed service level agreement.
Advocate for the customer by documenting customer feedback and sharing insights with the partner.
Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with our client’s partner vendors and other departments.
Produce self-help resources including knowledge base content, video snippets, and more.
Conduct ongoing meetings via video conference with our US partner to communicate best practices, share updates, ask questions, and strengthen our relationship with the partner.

Qualifications and Requirements:
At least 2 years experience as a customer service representative or technical support representative in the BPO industry preferably in the transportation or travel industry.
Experience navigating a CRM, preferably Zendesk.
Tech-savvy with a strong background navigating Google Workspace.
Strong email support skills.
Excellent ability to communicate, extremely detail-oriented.
Excellent oral and written communication is vital.
Organized mindset and an ability to manage time effectively
Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
Willingness to step up to greater responsibility, strong desire to contribute to overall goals
