Overview Assist IT Desktop Support and IT Specialists with desktop OS installation, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and inventory management during OJT. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Installing desktop operating systems. Configuring basic desktop settings. Installing hardware and peripherals such as a keyboard and a mouse. Setting up printers. Performing basic desktop troubleshooting. Monitoring incidents and requesting tickets. Responding to chat support queries as the first level of support. Assisting the client with desktop movement as requested. Assisting in IT inventory management. Performing desktop maintenance. Completing additional tasks assigned by the IT Lead or IT Manager. Qualifications The company is looking for: Graduating students of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Hardworking individuals willing to be trained. Ability to render 1800 work hours. Memorandum of Agreement from the school. Endorsement letter from the school. Waiver.
