Overview

Join to apply for the BIM Modeller (AU Construction, WFH) role at ConnectOS .

Salary: P50,000 - P70,000 (Monthly Package). Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT).

What are we looking for?
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce clash-free, highly coordinated models.
  • Familiarity with Rhino3D.
  • Experience using Revit, BIM360.
  • Experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper.
  • Experience developing BIM content for product manufacturers or libraries.
What will you do?
  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for building services.
  • Create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements.
  • Implement BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery.
  • Perform clash detection and construction coordination.
  • Prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required.
  • Provide BIM support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain model and content quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
