Job Description Sapient is looking for sharp, customer-focused individuals to help clients navigate their credit card concerns with ease We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, to assist customers with billing inquiries, card delivery, membership fee waivers, and more. If you’ve completed at least two years of college, have 3+ months of experience in a call center or related field, and can communicate clearly in Filipino or Taglish, this could be the role for you Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and assist customers with credit card-related concerns. Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries. Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience in every interaction.
