Webflow Developer

We’re looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll create high-performing websites and landing pages that balance sleek design with conversion-focused functionality. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to deliver impactful digital experiences that drive measurable results. What You’ll Be Doing: Design & Build in Webflow: Create responsive websites, landing pages, and microsites using Webflow’s designer and CMS. Webflow CMS Management: Build and manage CMS collections for scalable content updates (blogs, case studies, job boards, etc.). Custom Animations & Interactions: Develop smooth animations, hover effects, and dynamic interactions to enhance UX. Performance Optimization: Ensure sites load fast and are optimized for Core Web Vitals (speed, accessibility, SEO readiness). Brand Consistency: Translate brand guidelines into pixel-perfect designs while maintaining visual and functional consistency. SEO Setup in Webflow: Configure meta tags, alt text, structured data, sitemaps, and clean semantic HTML. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience designing and developing in Webflow (portfolio required). Familiarity with on-page SEO and performance best practices. Strong eye for visual design, layout, and typography. Ability to collaborate with marketing and design teams effectively. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in a remote work setting is a plus. Available to work during US hours (Philippines graveyard shift). Must have your own laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with Figma or similar design tools. Knowledge of Zapier, Make (Integromat), or API integrations within Webflow. Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) or UX/UI design.
