Staff4Me is on the lookout for a skilled Java Spring Boot Developer at a mid to senior level to enhance our growing development team. In this role, you will be tasked with designing and developing robust Java applications using Spring Boot, working closely with other talented developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your expertise will contribute significantly to innovative projects that address the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot framework.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between various services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure best coding practices are followed.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to system design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications while optimizing performance.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in software development and propose improvements to enhance applications.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Spring Boot.
  • Proven experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
  • Strong proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL) such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
