Azure Cloud Engineer

We are urgently looking for Azure Cloud Engineer-Onsite Centris Quezon City

Responsibilities:

· · Design and build cloud-based solutions using Azure IaaS and PaaS services in complex enterprise environments.

· Develop and implement Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform OSS.

· Manage and optimize cloud environments with a strong focus on security, compliance, governance, and cost efficiency.

· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.

· Implement and manage Azure Policies and use a policy-as-code model to enforce governance and security standards.

· Design and support disaster recovery and business continuity solutions using Azure Site Recovery (ASR), Azure Backups, and region-based redundancy.

· Utilize Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for monitoring infrastructure and applications, writing KQL queries to extract operational insights.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt and implement DevSecOps methodologies and best practices.

· Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in Azure environments.

· Script and automate processes using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

· Design, implement, and manage Azure networking components including VNets, Peering, Virtual Gateways, Route Tables, NSGs, Private Endpoints, and DNS.

Qualification:

· 10 years experience working in medium-to-large IT environments.

· 4 years working with Azure Public Cloud services designing and building cloud solutions using IaaS and PaaS services, with in depth understanding of cloud products and offerings.

· Cloud Service Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud platform. Understanding how to leverage different services for computing, storage, database management, and networking is crucial.

· Experience and demonstrable technical knowledge of:-

o Azure Kubernetes Services

o Microsoft Entra

o ID Azure
