Jomablue Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Digital Designer This remote-first role is based in the Philippines. The Digital Designer reports to the Marketing Manager and provides dedicated creative support to global Professional Services teams (primarily in Sydney and London) and other functions such as Marketing, Sales, and People Experience. The role focuses on creating and delivering digital assets across customer projects, including campaign graphics, email and banner designs, registration sites, mobile app UI elements, and event collateral (e.g., smart badge visuals and name badges). You will assist in producing short product walkthrough videos using tools like Arcade and contribute to animation and video editing for marketing and support content. This position is ideal for a designer with 2+ years of experience seeking growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will help alleviate pressure on the senior design team by owning creative admin and asset production, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed in delivery to customers. Responsibilities Design digital assets for use across customer campaigns, events, and internal projects (e.g., emails, banners, registration sites, event app UI, smart badges, name badges). Create short support and product walkthrough videos using platforms such as Arcade. Provide design support for the Marketing team, including simple animations and video editing. Maintain visual consistency across all assets in line with Jomablue’s brand guidelines. Collaborate with global Professional Services teams to understand creative requirements, with occasional flexibility for London team overlap. Assist in managing digital asset libraries and ensuring assets are well-organised and accessible. Support internal documentation and knowledge-sharing resources through design and layout. Contribute to cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and People Experience teams. Implement feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to iterate and improve designs. Stay current with design trends, digital tools, and creative best practices. Skills and Experience 2+ years of experience in digital design or related creative roles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience in video editing and creating simple animations for digital platforms. Familiarity with creating assets for digital marketing campaigns and product UI. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Figma, Arcade or other UI design tools. Experience creating educational or support content (e.g., product walkthroughs). Exposure to B2B or SaaS environments. Understanding of basic accessibility standards for digital design. Knowledge of tools such as Wrike, Airtable, or other project management platforms. Interest in animation, motion graphics, or marketing support content.
