Full Stack Developer (AU Construction, WFH) Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:30AM - 3:30PM PHT) Overview We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with deep experience in the AEC domain to lead and support the development of both web-based and desktop applications. Your role will focus on integrating 3D/parametric design tools, BIM systems, and AI/ML pipelines into scalable platforms that automate workflows, support design validation, and generate data-rich geometry models. You will contribute to the next generation of our digital solutions, working closely with engineers, BIM specialists, and design technology consultants. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (frontend + backend) for AEC professionals. Lead integration of 3D/parametric design tools, BIM systems, and AI/ML workflows into scalable platforms. Develop custom solutions using ShapeDiver, Rhino.Compute, Three.js / WebGL, and APS / Forge. Build local desktop plugins for Revit, Rhino, and related tools using .NET/C# or Python. Develop data pipelines and ensure interoperability with JSON, IFC, glTF, gbXML, or custom schemas. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (designers, BIM specialists, AI developers) to implement workflows and validation checks. Contribute to AI/ML tooling, model checking, validation, and compliance enforcement. Qualifications 5+ years of full-stack development experience delivering production-grade tools across web and desktop platforms. Background in AEC fields such as architecture, engineering, construction tech, BIM, or digital fabrication. Proven experience integrating cloud and desktop BIM workflows (Revit, Rhino, ACC/BIM360). Familiarity with parametric/geometry engines: Grasshopper, ShapeDiver, Rhino.Compute. Strong experience building Revit/Rhino plugins or automating geometry and documentation workflows. Solid understanding of AEC data formats: IFC, glTF, JSON, Excel-based specs. Experience with digital fabrication, LOD400/500 workflows, or digital twin delivery. Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and exposure to AI/ML use cases in AEC is highly regarded. Knowledge of ISO 19650, COBie, and/or DfMA principles is advantageous. Cloud deployment experience on AWS or Azure (especially for compute-heavy tasks). Frontend: React (Vite / Next.js); Blazor; Three.js / WebGL; D3.js; Deck.gl; Cesium; HTML / CSS / TailwindCSS. Backend: Node.js / Express.js; ASP.NET Core; Razor Pages; Web API; Python (FastAPI / Flask). DevOps & Cloud: Docker; GitHub Actions; AWS, Azure, GCP, Firebase. AEC / 3D Platforms: Autodesk Platform Services (APS / Forge); Revit API; Rhino + Grasshopper; ShapeDiver; Rhino.Compute; Unity / Unreal / WebXR. Desktop & Local Apps: Revit Add-ins; Rhino Plugins; Electron / WPF. Power Platform: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, DAX. AI & Automation: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, model checking, computer vision, workflow orchestration tools (n8n, ComfyUI preferred). What will you do?
