We are a digital marketing company based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We develop our own products rather than working with clients.

Here are the main activities of GreenTomatoMedia:

• MEDIA with a network of 1500+ websites in 8 languages and more than 1 million high-value visitors per month in different thematics (Finance, Crypto, iGaming) and a few fast-growing YouTube Channels.
• We generate revenues through affiliate marketing.
• MOBILE APPLICATIONS with a portfolio of 50+ apps downloaded 20+ million times.
• Our revenue comes from a subscription model and in-app purchases.

We are looking for a WordPress Developer to help us improve and maintain our applications. The resource will be expected to take technical ownership of the products, suggest improvements and collaborate in the architectural design of the applications with the stakeholders.

• Build WordPress templates following the stakeholders’ requirements and graphics
• Build reusable WordPress plugins and improve the existing ones following the stakeholders’ requirements
• Discuss with the rest of the team architectural designs and technical solutions
• Keep the websites up to date and provide support to guarantee uptime
• Deploy new websites in the hosting environments approved by the company

• 5 years of experience as a WordPress Developer
• Experience with Git
• Experience with PHP and WordPress
• A creative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong communication skills
• A basic understanding of Core Web Vitals and familiarity with optimization plugins such as WP Rocket or Perfmatters is a plus

Hours: 35h/week (at least 4 hours in common with your manager)

1. If you have been selected amongst other candidates you will receive an email with a booking link for your initial interview.
2. HR initial interview: The meeting will be conducted by HR, and will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour. It will cover your previous experiences and the reasons why you want to join the company.
3. Written test to evaluate your knowledge and skills (we will give you 1 week to complete it). The test will help you to apprehend the position you are applying for.
4. You will meet the manager for a final interview that will last around 1 hour.
