You will support credit management processes, handling vendor debit transactions and ensuring compliance with internal policies. This role helps drive innovation, process improvements, and excellent service delivery in finance operations. Location & Work Setup Location: MOA / Taguig Work Setup: Onsite, Night Shift Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Process and manage vendor debit transactions , including adjustments, chargebacks, and corrections. Collaborate with procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies. Support credit management activities such as order holds and releases. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes. Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Entry to mid-level experience in Finance or Accounts Payable/Administration . Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in supporting finance operations. Familiarity with finance systems or ERP software is a plus.
