We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Staff to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Staff, you will play an essential role in assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and promoting our products across various channels. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel (in-store, digital, social media, email) marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. • Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using relevant tools and KPIs to continuously optimize marketing efforts. • Content Creation: Help create engaging content for digital platforms (social media, website, email marketing), including product descriptions, posts, and promotional materials. Ensuring messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. • Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including content scheduling, community engagement, and campaign monitoring. • Market Research: Help conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities. • Data Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. • Collaborative Work: Work closely with the other departments, mall marketing teams, third-party partners, and suppliers to align marketing efforts with business goals. Coordinate and collaborate on campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness. Job Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within retail or e-commerce. Open to fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm, good work ethic and passion for marketing. • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Email Campaigns, etc.). • Familiarity with Shopee and Lazada platforms • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong work ethic and positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • A passion for sports and fitness activities is a plus Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
