Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the link between our Reports Automation Team and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our reporting dashboard features.

Responsibilities
  • Define configuration specification and business analysis requirements
  • Perform quality assurance
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the Dev team
  • Communicate key insights and findings to product team
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Quality Assurance in Reporting Automation
  • Knowledge in Contact Center metrics is required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Solid experience in writing SQL queries
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Open to feedback and is a team player
  • Open to working on graveyard shift
  • Must be open to working in BGC Taguig
