Local Regulatory Reporting Analyst, Officer

Overview

The Regulatory Reporting role is an analyst position that will support the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reports to various constituents (BSP, SEC, PDIC, etc.) based on applicable requirements and local regulatory reporting rules and instructions. The position offers high visibility within the organization and opportunities to collaborate with Finance and non-Finance functions across Citi, including Businesses, Risk, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Enterprise Technology, and Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the production, analysis and submission of reports to local regulators (e.g., BSP, SEC, PDIC) in alignment with local statutory reporting requirements and instructions.
  • Monitor and manage key metrics for reports; support control processes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate with peers and program leaders on the implementation of regulatory changes within the reporting framework (U.S. or Philippine).
  • Partner with Risk & Controls to maintain and enhance internal control structures.
  • Escalate problems or issues related to processes, reports or procedures.
  • Apply disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area and integrate it with related industry practices.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services and regulatory reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of U.S. or Philippine regulatory reports as mentioned above.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to synthesize complex concepts.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with ability to identify conflicts and escalate when needed.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment and work well in a team.
  • Bachelor's/University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
