Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used. Inspect work to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met. Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular safety briefings and inspections. Communicate project updates, issues, and progress to the Project Manager or Engineer. Resolve site-related problems and technical issues promptly. Maintain accurate daily logs, timekeeping, and progress reports. Assist in training and mentoring junior workers or apprentices.
