Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of technical support? Metacom is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Technical Support Representatives in Davao. If you have a passion for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and at least 1 year of BPO experience, we want to hear from you
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch technical support to customers with a telco/strong technical background.
Exhibit good to excellent communication skills in assisting customers.
Collaborate with the team to solve complex technical problems.
Needed Qualifications:
K 12 Graduate / Senior High School (New Curriculum)
At least 1 year of Technical Support and Customer Service experience preferably with basic to intermediate knowledge in troubleshooting (cable, internet, phone services, VOIP) in a call center environment.
Technical support experience in a Telco program is a plus.
