Overview
We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring financial modules, including VAT (Value Added Tax) settings, and will guide teams through system functionality via comprehensive user training.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- D365 FO Implementation: Lead and manage the full lifecycle implementation of D365 FO, from initial requirements gathering through post-go-live support.
- VAT Configuration: Configure and manage the VAT settings within D365 FO, ensuring compliance with tax regulations across various regions.
- Customization and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and tailor the D365 FO platform to meet specific organizational needs in collaboration with business units.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer to key users and stakeholders.
- Data Migration: Lead data mapping, conversion, and migration activities, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business processes.
- Testing and Validation: Develop testing strategies, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues during the implementation phase.
- Integration Management: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of D365 FO with other enterprise systems.
- Post Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation, ensuring system performance and user satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a D365 Finance & Operations Implementation Specialist or similar role.
- Strong expertise in configuring D365 FO financial modules and VAT settings.
- Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from requirements to post-go-live support.
- Ability to design and deliver training materials and conduct effective user training.
- Experience with data mapping, data migration, and ensuring data integrity.
- Familiarity with integration of D365 FO with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
