Remote | Full-time | 100,000 - 160,000 PHP/month We're looking for a conversion-focused eCommerce Copywriter who wants to drive real sales impact for a fast-growing wellness brand. This role is for someone who understands the psychology of selling through words—whether it's paid ads, UGC scripts, product pages, or social posts. You will primarily own the copywriting for our paid advertising (Meta video ads and UGC creator scripts), while also supporting website/Amazon copy, social media content and occasionally email copy. Who this role is NOT for: Your experience is primarily in blog posts, articles, or long‑form content (not eCommerce sales copy) You rely overly on AI and write without understanding conversion principles or testing results You're uncomfortable analysing performance data (CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) to improve your copy You've never written for paid ads (Meta/TikTok) Who it's for: You understand direct-response copywriting, especially how to hook attention, build desire, overcome objections, and drive action. You've written hundreds of ad variations and UGC scripts for eCommerce brands and understand what makes copy convert. You're data‑driven and use metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) to iterate and improve your copy. You're systematic and can produce high‑quality copy at scale while maintaining brand voice. You're excited to learn, grow, and eventually build a team as the company scales 80%+ year on year. What You’ll Do: Paid Ad Copy (Primary Focus) – Write high‑converting ad copy for Meta Ads campaigns. Produce 40+ ads per month, testing different hooks, angles, and CTAs to find winners that scale. UGC Creator Scripts (Primary Focus) – Write scripts for UGC creators that feel authentic while following direct‑response principles. Video Ad Concepts (Primary Focus) – Research & understand our target customer and develop concepts for Meta video ads, including hooks and storylines that drive conversions. Website Copywriting – Write and optimise product descriptions, landing pages, and collection page copy for our Shopify store by conducting research and customer pain points to guide messaging. Amazon Product Listings – Write and optimise copy for Amazon product listings based on keyword research and competitor analysis to maximise visibility and conversion. Data Analysis & Optimisation – Review ad performance data regularly (CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) and use insights to improve copy systematically. Document what works and why. Brand Voice Development – Maintain and evolve our brand voice across all channels, ensuring consistency while adapting tone for different contexts. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience as an eCommerce copywriter. Strong portfolio of high‑converting paid ad copy with measurable results. Extensive experience writing for website and/or Amazon product listings. Deep understanding of direct‑response copywriting principles and sales psychology. Data‑driven mindset and ability to write in different styles (punchy hooks for ads, casual for social, persuasive for product pages). Excellent written English with strong attention to detail. Details: This is a full‑time remote role based in the Philippines. Remuneration: ~100-160k PHP per month (may vary based on experience). Commitment: Full‑time (Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm).
