Financial Accountant – IQ‑EQ Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Seeking: Skilled Financial Accountant to join our finance team, ensuring timely monthly and year‑end reporting, audit processes and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities As a financial accountant, you will play a key part in ensuring that our monthly and other reporting deadlines are met. This will involve completing detailed month‑end postings, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations and more. You will be the main contact for the year‑end audit process and will assist with other reporting requirements. Preparation and control of monthly management information. Preparation of annual financial statements and management of the year‑end audit process. Assisting with the preparation of regulatory returns. Preparation of VAT, Corporate Tax and other relevant regulatory returns. Assisting the Finance team with integrations of new acquisitions. Driving process improvement and efficiencies across all finance activities. Liaising with various stakeholders internally and externally. Assisting and taking the lead on various projects as required. Qualifications CPA qualified accountant. Minimum of 3 years accounting experience in a similar role. Experience working in a global finance environment; prior UK Company experience highly advantageous. Strong grasp of financial controls and best practice. External audit experience preferred. Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong Excel skills; financial modeling desirable but not essential. Ability to summarise findings for senior management and board audiences. Capability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
