Job Description
We’re hiring an Sourcing Lead, Procurement Strategy to join our Procurement Strategy Team here at HelloFresh. In this exciting role, you will be a key partner to our purchasing leaders, support core operational processes, and drive strategic execution across our Mealkit and RTE brands
Responsibilities
We’re hiring an Sourcing Lead, Procurement Strategy to join our Procurement Strategy Team here at HelloFresh. In this exciting role, you will be a key partner to our purchasing leaders, support core operational processes, and drive strategic execution across our Mealkit and RTE brands
Skills and preferred qualifications

• Maintaining effective communication across departments to ensure smooth operations and timely decision-making processes

• Assisting in the vendor onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and managed effectively

• Inputting pricing updates and adjustments across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategies and goals

• Managing invoicing processes, track credits and rebates, and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain financial accuracy

• Supporting operational teams in addressing escalations, including supply chain, inventory, and quality-related issues

• Monitoring and reporting on product quality, including managing expiration dates and coordinating necessary escalations

• Assume responsibility for data management systems, ensuring seamless integration of SKU info across tools and accurate tracking of product specifications

• Coordinating new product launches, ensuring all logistics, pricing, and inventory strategies are aligned with business needs

• Collaborating with internal teams to support strategic planning efforts, including market intelligence gathering and product reformulations

• Organize the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), making recommendations for continuous improvement in all operational areas.

Skills and Qualifications

• Agile You thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments and are willing to get deep into the weeds where needed

• Strong Communicator - who can easily communicate complex solutions cross functionally and to upper management

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in procurement/sourcing/ supply chain operation, with relevant experience in Food, or CPG Industry experience

• Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications

• Tableau and Project Management experience is a plus

• A degree in supply chain, business, engineering, other relevant area of study is desirable, but not required
