About the job DevSecOps Lead (Manager-Sr Manager) We are seeking an experienced and dynamic DevSecOps Lead to spearhead our security initiatives within the development and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, system administration, and security practices to ensure seamless integration of security throughout the software lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all stages of development. Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities. Train and mentor team members on security best practices. Drive continuous improvement in our DevSecOps processes. Evaluate and implement new tools for enhanced security automation. What Were Looking For: 8+ years of experience in DevOps/SecOps roles. Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
