Overview HDSI: Primary Nurse (Williams) role at ACTIVEONE HEALTH, INC. Registered Nurses offer a wide range of patient services, including prevention and primary care, patient education on disease prevention, medical device operation, and drug administration. Responsibilities Assist patients during diagnostic procedures. Provide instructions and health education to patients. Monitor and document patient vital signs. Ensure consent paperwork is accurately completed. Prepare patients for procedures. Assist patients with other related procedures (eg. ECG, Treadmill Stress test, Vaccination, etc.). Other tasks that may be assigned that are beneficial to the team. Background And Qualifications Must be a PRC registered nurse. With at least 1 year of relevant experience.
