Deal Desk Analyst - Up to 53k Package (With a 30k new hire performance bonus or Relocation package)

Overview

Deal Desk Analyst role description is provided with focus on auditing, process adherence, and collaboration withSales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in deal processing.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits of deals processed by the Deal Desk agents to ensure accuracy in quoting, pricing, discounting, contract terms, and order entry.
  • Partner with the Deal Desk Lead and Manager to deliver structured feedback and insights based on monitoring and audits of deal desk activities. Deliver feedback and call out trends or gaps in policy adherence, order accuracy, and documentation.
  • Act as a trusted resource and advisor to Sales and Account teams, reviewing deal submissions and contact points to ensure adherence to internal policies, pricing structures, and procedural requirements.
  • Provide timely feedback and highlights on contracts, pricing, sales issues.
  • Participate in internal and client-facing calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality expectations, process execution, and decision-making across all stakeholders.
  • Compile and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on deal quality, process compliance, and exception trends to inform stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve deal-related issues, improve workflow efficiency, and support a seamless order to cash process.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
What We’re Looking For
  • With BPO experience (Order Management / Order to Case / Quote to Case / Bid Management/ Contract Management/ B2B Sales experience in a BPO or Shared Services setup)
  • Familiar with Dynamics / Salesforce CRM (a plus)
  • College undergrad w/ 2+ years completed, diploma accepted
