QA Lead lady

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree of any course Minimum of 2- 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry With good verbal and writing skills Ability in problem solving and provide factual reports With effective verbal and writing skill Can conduct analysis and a systematic validation of processes Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares weekly schedule of QA Personnel. Prepares manning table of QA Personnel for payroll. Reviews, evaluates and analyses quality control reports for accuracy and takes actions to correct quality problems. Coordinates with other department relevant to quality and recommends proper corrective action. Inspects all incoming raw materials and validates out-going Products. Supervises and monitors QA inspectors performance. Attends and evaluates sub-con employees in monthly evaluation meeting. Discusses job description to new employees. Documents/ provides investigation report or Customer Complaints or Product deficiencies encountered. Assigns immediate subordinates a specific designated area of inspection on a basis of weekly schedule activity which is to be reviewed and approved by QA head. Provides factual data during investigation. Conducts, assist, validates Audit results and corrective actions set by concern departments. Facilitates compliance Audits. Documents results generated from Audit.
