Retail Supervisor

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage) Proven experience in retail or customer service (at least 1–3 years, preferably in a supervisory role) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Good organizational and problem‑solving skills Basic proficiency in MS Office and POS systems Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Customer‑focused with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Lead, coach, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Ensure that merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and maintained Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner Assist in the preparation of work schedules and delegation of tasks Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members Support inventory management, including stock receiving, stocktaking, and loss prevention Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store standards Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and assist with cash handling and banking procedures Provide training and onboarding support for new employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
