Job Description Design, build, and maintain Java applications with an emphasis on scalability and performance. Work collaboratively within a distributed, cross-functional agile team to deliver high-quality solutions. Partner with other developers through pair programming, reviewing pull requests, and continuously enhancing code quality and development practices. Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Take a leadership role in release management and team ceremonies such as planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Write clean, well-structured code, balancing performance, reliability, and extensibility. Provide production support through participation in the on-call rotation. Understand and contribute to infrastructure as code practices. Lead and engage in guild activities aimed at driving continuous improvement across the team.
