About the role

As part of the Netskope Finance organization, you will streamline, enhance and automate our Licensing and Entitlement process through the development of a complete SaaS solution that ensures correct revenue recognition.

What you will be doing

• Working hours schedule: Monday to Friday: 16:00 - 24:00 Philippine Standard Time.
• Administer, configure, and support all aspects of the Licensing, Entitlement and Provisioning (LEP) automation tool
• Proactively monitor for and troubleshoot all LEP impacting issues to resolve
• Manage and execute against the sprint plan and release framework
• Create and maintain documentation for the LEP tool
• Manage and maintain the LEP tool, all technical components of the tool, UI and database
• Work cross-functionally as needed with other technical teams to execute on technical solutions and integrations with other Netskope applications
• Act as the technical resource to understand requirements, design and support for all aspects of the Licensing, Entitlement and Provisioning process and tool
• Be willing to wear multiple hats as part of a small team
• Support the business needs including month end and quarter end
• Keep abreast of latest technologies and web methodologies which could be used in the Netskope product in future.

Required skills and experience

• 5+ years of industry experience in developing large scale web-based applications.
• Direct experience with Licensing, Entitlement, Provisioning or Compliance systems.
• Experience with modern Javascript frameworks (React.JS or Angular2+ preferred).
• Experience with backend languages like Python.
• Experience with FastAPI.
• Experience with Docker.
• Proficient in HTML5/CSS3.
• Proficient in Algorithms.
• Proficient in database design (Maria DB preferred)
• Knowledge of secure web development practices.
• Working knowledge of git or other version controlling tools.
• Experience in improving web application performance and testing tools a big plus.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, Masters degree strongly preferred.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for developing and testing of complex software solutions; adheres to the organization's best practices and standards set by the capability leads; and designs system components using appropriate modeling techniques following commonly used architectures, design standards, patterns, and methodology.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writes working back-end, front-end, and/or mobile code using generally accepted standards and best practices
• Resolves defects found in the code
• Writes and conducts unit tests before endorsing to the QA team
• Submits and maintains source code using version control system repositories
• Participates in code reviews and quality assurance activities
• Reports task status to immediate supervisor or project lead
• Assists junior and mid-level resources under the same capability

Key Skills Required:

• Backend (priority): (primary), Python
• Frontend: Angular (primary), (secondary, nice-to-have)

What We're Looking For:

• A senior-level full-stack engineer with strong backend expertise
• Solid cloud and DevOps background (deployment, automation, CI/CD, etc.)

• Configure and manage Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Network, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPN Gateways, and ExpressRoute.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like ARM Templates, Bicep, PowerShell, or Terraform.
