Educational Attainment Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field
Professional Background :
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in home furniture or lifestyle retail
- Experience in production design and visual storytelling using both furniture and non-furniture items.
Competency Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- 3D design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar)
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge in carpentry, lighting, staging, and prop building is an advantage
- Creative flair with attention to aesthetics and detail

Responsibilities:
- Visual Display: Assist in designing, setting up, and maintaining in-store and window displays consistent with brand and seasonal themes.
- Production & Materials: Coordinate with suppliers, monitor inventory, and manage logistics for display materials.
- Installation & Maintenance: Install displays per guidelines, conduct maintenance, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper lighting.
- Store Support: Collaborate with store operations and sales, and train staff on display standards.
- HSE & Employee Well-being: Enforce safety protocols, ensure labor and environmental compliance, and perform safety audits.
- Documentation & Reporting: Document displays, gather feedback, maintain merchandising calendars, and support virtual reviews and performance reports.
- Performance Management: Assist in tracking objectives and success of design and innovation initiatives aligned with corporate programs.
