The Global Delivery Center (GDC) provides support to Implementation projects and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements across different regions. We provide Workday solutions as per customer’s needs and ensure that it’s delivered on time and follows the company’s methodology. About the Role The Integration Manager provides leadership and expert advice to management and to the members of his/her team. You will work closely with other teams to identify business and project needs, assist with staffing assignments, and ensure work/life balance of our consultants are monitored and adjusted appropriately. The Manager typically reports to a Senior Manager level position within the Delivery organization. Key Responsibilities Manages all aspects of customer support including workforce management, service level management, and customer relationship management Works directly with clients and spearheads team project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday ecosystem Oversees team workload and serves as an escalation path for urgent or high priority issues and major requests. Resource coordination and allocation for team members prioritizing tasks/CRs within team Oversees team forecasting and utilization Coordinate with onshore counterparts for status, timelines, and resourcing requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects for the integrations team Reviews and improves deliverables produced by others to enhance methodology Ensures that others on the projects are utilizing the established methodology Leads initiatives that will help the company, especially in Integrations Project Delivery Reinforces company policies and procedures to others.
