Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.AUDIT· Maintain a robust internal audit process encompassing all areas of the Australian Valuation AdvisoryBusiness· Undertake internal audits (compliance audits for valuation reports and business workflow processes /documentation) for Australia, APAC and potentially Globallyo Document review, including collation, distribution and filing according to policies andprocedureso Liaise with different internal groups through emails, phone calls and video meetings· Report audit results on a regular basis to Head of Risk - AustraliaSUPPORTING RISK· Assist with the development and maintenance of robust internal risk and compliance system/s, identifyand analyse key business risks to mitigate exposure· Support Australian / APAC Risk Team in registering and maintaining Event / Incident Registers forAustralian business and potentially other JLL VA countries.· Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in risk management and compliance· Support and manage risk systems· Support Head of Risk as required· Address all actions identified by the Head of Risk· Identify and escalate risk and compliance issues to Head of Risk.TEAM FOCUS· Undertake assigned work consistent with the nature of the job and its level of responsibility· Attend team meetings as well as other internal meetings for Risk, actively contributing ideas andsuggestions for continuous improvements in processes and systems.QUALIFICATIONS:1. 2 - 3 years Experience in Audit, Compliance, Quality, or similar experience will be considered2. Graduate of Real Estate, or any business course3. Advanced proficiency in computer functions within MS Office Suite4. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills5. Strong administrative skills in organization and time management6. Exceptional reporting, analytics and presentation skills7.
