About the Role Concerted Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer to join our team. This full-time position, based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s compliance with tax laws and regulations while maintaining financial integrity. You will play a key role in overseeing the company’s tax obligations, preparing tax filings, and providing expert advice to senior management. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and implement tax compliance strategies to minimize the company’s tax liabilities. Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes. Conduct regular reviews and audits of the company's tax records to identify areas for improvement. Provide expert advice to senior management on tax-related matters and stay updated on tax legislation changes. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tax-related reporting. Liaise with tax authorities and represent the company in tax-related inquiries or audits. Mentor and train junior team members on best practices for tax compliance. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance or advisory roles, preferably within the business services or corporate advisory industry. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required. Tax lawyer qualification is a plus. Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proficient in tax software and digital tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
