Job Description Manage the general accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. Supervise and mentor staff to enhance their professional growth. Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions. The Successful Applicant A successful General Accounting Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification or equivalent qualification. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools. Analytical mindset with great attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
