Overview We are seeking a result-driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead, oversee, and grow sales with specific regions (CAR, Region II, and Region III). This role will involve driving regional revenue, expanding market share, and leading a team of sales professionals to exceed goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and customer acquisition goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Set clear sales goals for the team, provide regular feedback, and ensure performance standards are met. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region. Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed regional goals. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, lead qualification, and closing techniques to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. Evaluate and refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure the region is operating at peak performance. Qualifications Experience: at least 2 years of Modern Jeepney sales experience.
