Key Responsibilities Support Managers with client engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go lives Provide daily functional support to the teams to support the successful delivery of payrolls Maintain the Client Solution workbook Update, maintain and enforce the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation Ensure and sign off System Maintenance Testing Review the Statement of Works before sharing with the Client to ensure its fit for purpose Resolve Technical/Functional issues escalated from the team and ensure all system issues/defects are reported correctly with necessary details and evidence Collaborate with Operational Management, Transformation and Products to implement automation, innovation and continuous improvement programs Manage the legislation roadmap and upskill the team on upcoming changes Support Year End processes Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Identify upsell opportunities Support Management with the resolution of client escalations and lessons learned Upskill and develop team members through training and coaching Adhere to Strada Security Standards Complete Time Recording on time and accurately Contribute to team meetings and raise issues to the Operations Manager Stay up to date with Strada HR announcements and communications Build good relationships with lines of business where appropriate Participate in projects and activities as needed Key Criteria to Monitor Performance Adherence to Security and Compliance procedures 100% Attainment of customer SLA agreements Adherence to quality standards Adoption of innovation initiatives Reduction of client escalations through knowledge transfer to both the client and payroll team Demonstrate professionalism and act responsibly Required Experience Strong knowledge of inputs and outputs such as third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other payroll integrations Ability to identify and mitigate risks Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal skills Self-motivated with willingness to learn Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently while adhering to processes Education and Training Essential BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-4 years relevant payroll administration experience in an HR consulting, HR outsourcing, or corporate environment Expert knowledge of payroll processes, practices and related legislation Desirable HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft Payroll certifications Our Values Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
