Who The Client Is Our client is a creative content and strategy agency that partners with brands across industries like real estate, e-commerce, recruitment, and construction. They focus on producing engaging visual campaigns, from digital ads and social media content to branded videos and recruitment materials that blend creativity and strategy to tell compelling stories and deliver real results. Role Overview We\'re on the lookout for a Photo Editor who\'s got a sharp eye for detail and a knack for turning raw images into clean, polished visuals. You\'ll be working with a real estate client, so your edits will help showcase properties in the best possible light. If you\'re someone who enjoys bringing photos to life and has experience redrawing floor plans, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Edit and enhance property photos to meet client style and quality standards Share content via Monday.com with clients and revise when needed Redraw and clean up floor plans for property listings and marketing materials Perform color correction, object removal, and image retouching as needed Maintain a consistent visual style across all assets Manage multiple photo editing projects with tight deadlines Collaborate with the team to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations Requirements Proven experience as a Photo Editor, ideally in the real estate or property marketing space Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and similar editing tools Experience in floor plan redraws (AutoCAD, Illustrator, or similar tools is a plus) Great attention to detail and consistency Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently Reliable setup with a stable internet connection Work Arrangement & Expectations This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
