Position Overview Have the opportunity to advance your career in RPA as part of a fast‑growing intelligent automation consultancy. Working out of the Professional Services delivery function, you will meet clients and deliver RPA solutions across multiple projects. You will design, develop, test, and deliver robotic processes built within UiPath, be client‑facing, and build successful relationships between TQA and its clients. You will also support internal business targets including profitability, customer satisfaction, and billable utilization. Key Responsibilities RPA design and development Design efficient robotic RPA processes alongside Business Analysts Build quality robotic processes subject to code review by a Solution Architect, following TQA development standards Perform end‑to‑end testing and user acceptance testing with clients Analyze processes with business analysts to assess automation feasibility and identify improvement opportunities Deploy and monitor bots in production environments, conduct unit and integration testing, and provide post‑production support Respond to process exceptions and ensure smooth execution of automated workflows Liaise and communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience with UiPath standards and best practices Track record of successful UiPath process implementations Experience acting as a solution architect or developing processes autonomously with little input from a senior analyst Excellent verbal and written communication with clients Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment Experience supporting a delivery team and escalating incidents to resolve issues High aptitude for creative problem solving and willingness to improve best practices Strong time management skills Experience setting up UiPath infrastructure Experience with document understanding or process mining Experience with AI/ML concepts Experience working with Agile methodologies Experience with Azure DevOps DevOps methodology Self‑motivated and competitive Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Engineering and Information Technology TQA is an equal opportunities employer.
