Qualifications:
Degree in Building / Civil Engineering & membership of professional association (Chartered planning, project management) Or Degree in Engineering
Total Relevant Experience: 3 years or above in planning management
Knowledge of planning processes, tools etc.
Knowledge stakeholder management, conflict resolution
Knowledge of risk management
Good understanding of construction methodologies
Good understanding of forms of Contract in the Philippines
Proficient in the use of a planning software (i.e. P6, Asta PP, Tilos)
Job Summary:
The role is responsible for ensuring planning and programming is performed to a high consistent standard across the business WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF accurate planning for driving timely project execution and at the same protecting time related commercial exposure.
