About the role We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Ace Hardware Phils., Inc.' in Legazpi City Albay. As a full-time Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our retail store. Your passion for providing excellent customer service and your proven leadership skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our business. What you'll be doing Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service Leading and motivating a team of store associates to deliver a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers Driving sales and profitability by implementing effective merchandising strategies and promotions Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and contributing to the store's strategic planning Providing coaching and training to store associates to enhance their skills and performance Representing the store and the company in the local community, building strong relationships with customers and partners What we're looking for Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in the retail industry Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and financial analysis Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment Knowledgeable about retail industry trends, best practices, and regulations Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal What we offer At Ace Hardware Phils., Inc.', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
